Al Dente is a new concept for 2010. Inspired by uncooked strands of spaghetti, this is quite a departure from the critically-acclaimed Continuum Dining Table where there is fluidity and curves. Al Dente explores the relationship with space and environment but from a fractal perspective. Note the way the density shifts from one end to the other.
